TR-370
Special center-surface technology for large rolls and semi-rigid materials
This machine has been developed for the Paper Pre-Print industry, in a width that varies from 2M to 2.8M, for paper rolls with an OD of 1500 mm or 1800 mm.
The TR 370 is the ultimate solution for a variable setting, mixed centre-surface drive rewinding process.
This enhanced control systems from the great skills at IMS TECHNOLOGIES and results in a top versatile machine for all kind of webs, where a surface rewinding contribution is appreciated, such as shrink films, tough and thin laminates, pre-print papers, not excluding other, thicker materials.
Its sturdy construction ensures reliability on larger working widths and higher tension ranges, that can be matched every time to Customer’s applications.
Optimum centre surface winding technology
The rewinding technology is centre-surface, since the winding rolls obtain their tension from the central drums and the motorized station that retracts linearly on the individual linear guides as the diameter increases.
Not only this is the best winding technology for this application, but it also facilitates the unloading procedure, which occurs in the exact same point regardless of the final OD.
